Before Perfect Chimney Cleaning, Yosef spent twenty-one years in property management and real estate — walking houses with inspectors, fielding adjuster calls after storm damage, paying the invoices when contractors came through. He was on the buyer's side of the table. The chimney trade was the worst offender he saw: thousand-dollar quotes for cosmetic issues, pressure to approve work on the day of the inspection, vague pricing that grew mid-job.
In 2020 he decided to solve it from the inside. He opened a Greensboro office, and hired technicians who could be trained on his standards. One rule that hasn't changed: if we wouldn't recommend the work on our own home, we don't recommend it on yours. Five years later, that rule has produced the review base and the real estate / property-management referral network we have today.
