  • Do you finance routine sweeps and inspections?

    Wisetack financing is typically reserved For larger scope: repairs, rebuilds, fire damage restoration, major masonry. Routine sweeps and standard inspections are usually paid at the time of service. Ask at your estimate if your specific scope qualifies.

  • How long does financing take from application to scheduled work?

    Pre-qualification is about 60 seconds. Final approval and loan agreement signing typically completes within 1–2 business days. Work scheduling follows our normal cadence — emergency and time-sensitive work is prioritized regardless of financing.

  • Can my property management company or HOA use Wisetack?

    Wisetack consumer financing is for individual property owners with personal credit. Property management companies and HOA entities typically cannot use Wisetack. For commercial accounts, please contact us to learn about our master service agreement and net-30 invoicing structure.

  • What if I don't qualify or the terms don't work for me?

    Wisetack's underwriting decides what terms you qualify for. If the offer doesn't fit your budget, you can decline with no impact. We can also discuss phasing the work over multiple cycles, scope adjustments to reduce the total, or other payment arrangements at the office.
